![]() Enpass Customer Service was most helpful in guiding me to getting the installation difficulties resolved. Recently, I upgraded my Linux Mint computer from MInt 19 to MINT 20, but then, I experienced great difficulties in getting Enpass installed in MInt 20. I had used other password managers previously with reasonable satisfaction, but as soon as I started using Enpass, I quickly found it to be far more convenient and useful than any of my previous password managers because it is so very much more flexible for multiple functions. The ability to work seamlessly between these different systems was my primary reason for first choosing to use Enpass. I had been using Enpass for the last couple of years because it synchronizes so very well through Dropbox with Windows, Linux, iPhone, and iPad devices. This kind of behaviour is expected from a company without principles. Will they honour the holders of Premium Lifetime? NO! In the future they might release a higher tier update and ask users to upgrade and lay again. Is that even enough? Enpass is desperate to squeeze out bucks from users. Really? I see the Premium Lifetime version for sale on Stacksocial for $29.99. When they released the Premium version, they claimed that they would have made it for free for Pro Lifetime users but that they couldn't. A few more bucks are more important to them. They don't care if they lose loyal customers. UPDATE You see the lame, cold reply of Enpass support. Really? First, you did not honour your early supporters, and now you are giving new users a better price? I lost faith in this company and they lost me as a customer. BUT, looking at Stacksocial, they are listing the lifetime version for $29.99. Contacting support regarding the issue, they provide a discount of 40% of the costly new lifetime price. While we can use the old "lifetime" license, we are asked to pay again. Now all lifetime users have to pay to use the newly introduced features (namely breach monitoring and 2FA monitoring). ![]() After some years of using Enpass, they introduced a subscription-based model. I was one of those early supporters of Enpass when it was sold for $9.99 on Play Store as well as App Store.
